From the first call with Ralph Del Valle (Project Manager) I knew that SERVPRO was the right company to handle the restoration process. Ralph was a great person to talk to and he fully explained how the project was to proceed from each and every phase. Additionally, the restoration specialists Jose and Francisco (both work for SERVPRO) went above and beyond in the details and the level of effort they put into this project. Now that the work is complete, I can honestly say its "Like it never even happened."
