He explained the entire process, which was not explained through our own insurance. Everyone involved has been so professional and pleasant to work with.

Never thought I would have to use a service like SERVPRO but I had a problem and my insurance company recommended them. I am glad they did because starting with employee Ralph Del Valle is where my journey started. Ralph was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly which was easy to understand.

Our laundry room and guest room had flooded and it was just a mess in there when they first arrived. They swiftly removed all damaged areas and began treating and drying immediately. It was clear that they take pride in their work. Ralph kept me informed througout the drying process and quite frankly, couldn't have been any nicer. He obviously knows how to take care of business while keeping the homeowner comfortable along the way. 

I wanted to express my complete satisfaction with SERVPRO Poway/Rancho Bernardo, in my time of need when my house flooded.  From the time the flooding occurred, their team was quickly onsite within the hour and doing everything possible to prevent more damage, and to assure me everything would be taken care of.  We appreciated their honesty in telling us it would take awhile to get it all back to normal, but that they would be there for us during that time.

SERVPRO has a great team!  Ralph is the franchise owner, and has assembled & trained a solid team to take care of their customers.  Salomon did a fantastic job as the project manager, worked as a team with the insurance adjustor and the subcontractors, and his calm demeanor inspired trust as we went from the day of the flood through remediation and the rebuilding process.  Samson & Austin were extremely hard working and stone cold reliable as they showed up every day to demo the damaged areas and assist with the rebuilding process.  Joe & Jose spearheaded the new construction and were masters at any work that came their way.  The whole SERVPRO team came together and took great care of us every step of the way!
